Party Wave Free is a surf game where you have to try to stay atop your surfboard for as long as you can, riding the tallest waves.

The gameplay has two different aspects. First, you have to guide surfers to the waves' breaking point, dodging turtles and coral reefs along the way, also trying to find the bright dots that let you see UFOs.

In the second part of the game, you have to help your characters stay on top of the surfboard. To do so, you have to tap on them without letting them hit the edge of the screen at any time. Meanwhile, you have to dodge dolphins, jellyfish, and other dangers.

Party Wave Free is a free (and therefore limited) version of the surf game developed by Mistwalker, a company known mainly for the Wii RPG The Last Story. Oh, and this game was directed by Hironobu Sakaguchi, creator of the Final Fantasy saga. Yes, the creator of Final Fantasy is now making surf games for mobile devices.
