*** Note for Android 4 (IСS) users ***
* Сache cleaner will not work for Android 4.0.1/4.0.2 due to the the Android system bug. Google fixed this problem in 4.0.3
* Android 4.0.x does not enable 3rd apps to clear frequently called log. Google fixed this problem in Android 4.1.
