DidUP - Family is the mobile application of Argo Software that allows consultation of the electronic register data, the school decided to make available to families for the current school year .

The application allows you to read in offline mode, ie even in cases of temporary absence of connection to the Argo Software server.

The use of the application is addressed only to parents / school children in possession of Argo SCUOLANEXT license.

WARNINGS:

* Not all features shown in the form of screens may be available within the application, but this does not depend on Argo Software but from the school preferences.

* The school itself has the ability to generate two types of users: 'student' and 'parent.'
The kind of parent user can perform operations such as the justification of absences, the acknowledgment of disciplinary notes, booking interviews with teachers, etc, which instead are closed to users of type student. If the school has provided a single user type of learner, we suggest to request the type parent to avail themselves of these additional features.
You can see in the section 'About' what kind of user you are using.

* If you are a parent of the pupil and the school successfully loaded for you single users, and has provided the kind of 'parent' credentials, you can switch from the data of a child to those of the other son, by simply clicking on the bar top of the app, which shows the name and the student's class.
If your children belong to two different schools both managed by Argo, or if you own two 'student users', you can save the credentials of both children (by two separate login) and select which user access when logging in. This will allow you not to insert in full each time the school code, user code and password.

* Software Argo recommended not to enter their credentials within different systems by our official channels, not to risk an invasion of privacy and a potential unauthorized disclosure of user data.
